Moonbeam Marketing provides creative and strategic services including (but not limited to):

• Branding and copywriting
• Website and digital content design
• Social media strategy
• NSFW and sensitive-topic business services
Services are customized and may be delivered via consultation, file delivery, or live collaboration depending on your package.

3. Payments & Fees
• All services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due upfront or according to an approved payment schedule.
• Late payments may result in project delays or cancellation.
• One-time group access fees (e.g., for NSFW/Sensitive Requests Group) are non-refundable.
• Projects will not begin until payment is received unless otherwise agreed.

4. Refunds & Cancellations
• Custom work is non-refundable once services have begun.
• For subscription-based services (e.g., monthly email list), partial refunds may be available within the first 30 days after trial if only one deliverable has been provided.
• Early cancellation of 12-month subscriptions is subject to a $150 fee or the remaining balance, whichever is less.
• After the 12-month term, services shift to a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.

5. Intellectual Property
• All original content, designs, and strategies created by Moonbeam Marketing are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Clients may use content within the scope of their own business. Redistribution, resale, or public use without consent is prohibited.
• Significant alterations to content must be discussed in advance.

6. Sensitive & NSFW Content
Moonbeam Marketing supports projects related to adult wellness, intimacy, trauma-informed work, and other sensitive themes. We maintain a professional, judgment-free environment.
We do not accept content that includes or promotes:
• Non-consensual or underage material
• Hate speech, abuse, or exploitation
• Illegal, misleading, or unethical practices
We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects that violate these boundaries.

Failure to do so may result in delayed timelines or termination of services without refund.
