Welcome to Moonbeam Marketing! By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms. These policies ensure respectful, secure, and productive collaboration.

1.  Scheduling & Availability

  • All services are by appointment only.

  • Project timelines depend on availability and scope.

  • Rush requests may incur a 25–50% fee based on urgency.

2.  Payments

  • Services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Payment is due upfront unless otherwise arranged.

  • Projects over $300 may require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Accepted methods: CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, credit/debit.

  • Work will not begin or be released until payment is received.

3.  Revisions

  • Most packages include 2 rounds of revisions.

  • Extra edits may be billed hourly ($15–$25 based on service type).

  • Timely client feedback is essential to meet project deadlines.

4.  Communication

  • Responses may take up to 48 business hours.

  • We value respectful, clear, and professional communication.

  • Project delays may result from missed feedback or unclear instructions.

5.  Refunds & Cancellations

  • Consultations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

  • No refunds once creative work begins.

  • Early cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

  • Trial periods are free; charges begin after trial ends.

  • Long-term engagements over 12 months are not refundable.

6.  Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client info, assets, and projects are confidential.

  • We do not sell or share your data.

  • Sensitive content is reviewed case-by-case and handled with care.

7.  Legal Disclaimer

  • Results such as engagement or sales are not guaranteed.

  • Moonbeam does not offer licensed legal, tax, or financial advice.

  • Clients are responsible for compliance with laws and ad standards.

  • Content is client-approved before posting.

  • We’re not liable for third-party misuse or issues involving client-submitted assets.

8.  Intellectual Property

  • All content created by Moonbeam remains our IP unless otherwise agreed.

  • You may use materials for your business, but resale or redistribution is not allowed without written permission.

9.  Accessibility

  • We strive to make our site accessible to all users.

  • Adjustments follow WCAG guidelines to support diverse needs.
