Refund Policy - the basics
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Moonbeam Marketing
At Moonbeam Marketing, we strive to provide stellar service and ensure our clients feel confident in their partnership with us. To maintain fairness and clarity, the following terms apply to refunds and cancellations:
Trial Period

No charges will be incurred during the trial period.

Billing only begins once the trial concludes, and the selected plan becomes active.
Cancellations

Early cancellations will incur a $150 termination fee, or the remaining balance of the contract—whichever is lower.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

A 30-day notice is required to qualify for a full refund of any pre-paid, unused services.
Long-Term Engagements

After 12 months of active service, no refunds will be issued for prior payments.

Upon renewal or entry into a new service term, a fresh agreement is established with new terms and conditions.
