Cancellation Policy

Moonbeam Marketing is a creative agency built on love and purpose. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we’ve outlined key policies covering scheduling, payments, revisions, and more. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below. Scheduling & Availability All services are by appointment. Consultations and project start dates depend on availability and scope. Rush requests may incur a 25–50% fee depending on urgency and complexity. Payments All services are priced in USD. Payment is due upfront unless otherwise arranged. Projects over $300 may require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Payment methods include CashApp, Venmo, PayPal, or credit/debit. Services will not be released until full payment is received. Refunds & Cancellations Consultations are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Due to the nature of creative work, refunds are not provided once work begins. Partial refunds may be considered only if a project has not yet started. If Moonbeam Marketing must cancel, a full refund or credit will be issued. There will be a cancellation fee of $25.00 if canceled within 24 hours before a session. Revisions Most services include 2 revision rounds. Additional edits are billed hourly at $15–$25, depending on the service. Client feedback is essential to timely delivery—delays in feedback may impact the project timeline. Communication Clients will be contacted via email or scheduled calls. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses during business days. Open, respectful, and timely communication ensures smooth project flow. Privacy Your information, files, and branding materials are kept confidential. We will never sell or share your data. Content Policy We support diverse creators and businesses. However, we do not accept work that promotes hate, violence, or harm. NSFW or sensitive content is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must follow our separate content policy.
